By accessing or using Trophy Jar ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including individuals and organisations.
Trophy Jar is a review automation platform that connects to your existing CRM, invoicing, and payment tools to automatically send review requests to your customers at trigger events you define.
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate information, maintain your account security, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
Trophy Jar offers paid subscription plans. Launch pricing customers lock in their price permanently while subscribed. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day free trial and a 14-day money-back guarantee on first payments.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not send spam, misrepresent your identity, generate fake reviews, or interfere with security features. Violations may result in immediate termination.
You retain ownership of all data you upload. We process your data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have necessary rights and consents to share customer data.
The Service is owned by Trophy Jar and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of review content collected through the Service from your customers.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms. Your use of those integrations is subject to their respective terms. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted integration availability.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TROPHY JAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription. Data is deleted within 90 days of termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trophy Jar is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
