Trophy Jar ("we", "us", "our") operates the Trophy Jar review automation platform at trophyjar.io. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service. Please read it carefully.

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, subscribe to a plan, or contact us for support. This includes account information (name, email, password), billing information processed securely through Stripe, integration data (OAuth tokens and API keys), usage data, and customer contact data used solely to operate the service on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Trophy Jar service; process transactions; send automated review request emails on your behalf; send technical notices and support messages; respond to your requests; monitor usage and trends; and detect fraud. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information with service providers (cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics), connected integrations as required by your automations, when required by law, and in the event of business transfers.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, we delete or anonymize your data within 90 days. Customer contact data is deleted within 30 days of account cancellation.

5. Security

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256. We employ access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews. If you believe your data has been compromised, contact security@trophyjar.io.
